MyAlarm is an IP communication solution allowing bureau customers to monitor their systems within SMC’s two A1-R1A graded control rooms. Compatible with the Bosch Solution 6000 and Digiflex Vision X panels, it allows end customers the convenience of automation and the added assurance of back-to-base monitoring.
*SMC only carry out the monitoring of the alarm panel alerts. Installers are charged direct from Myalarm for service plans including all data costs. Voice, push, SMS and email notifications are setup for installers by MyAlarm and sent direct from the Myalarm AWS platform.
